Yes because we all should be aware of the environment and do our best to keep it healthy and clean. So should developing countries be responsible for protecting the environment as well ?Yes! I do however understand that developing countries are less fortunate than that of other countries but again they too live on this earth so they should also share the responsibility of protecting our environment. yes, because if you have the resources and time you are fully capable to help. you shouldnt be selfish with your time and resources. the environment is really "in" and everyone wants to go green so i think helping less fortunate counties out ties in with hrlping the environment. Side: yes

I think they should force develping countries to protect the enviroment. Mainly because they are responsible for cutting down the most forest. They have all the rainforests in their country. They might not know that the whole world depends on their small country. They don't really care so they sell all their paper and wood to make money. But they are hurting the whole world. Side: yes

Yes, because if we get them to start changing there ways now they won't make the same mistakes as all these big countries. If they start enviromentally friendly then they will stay that way. Yes, I think that we should all do something to help the environment. I mean, we live here. We should keep up with it and keep it beautiful so other people can live here after we're gone. If we don't do anything about all our environmental issues now, everything is going to get all messed up. We're not going to have a place to live. Yes developed countries should force developing countries to protect the environment, because in the end the main focus is, is that it helps all of us, all round, even if some people are blind to the fact that it does help in the end, the developed countries are more experienced and should also be respected, and if they're taking time off of their affairs to help out another country, that shows how caring they are. I personally don't think that developed countries should force developing countries to protect their own land. This is a hypocritical move on the part of the developed countries. The nations that are hoping to become more urbanized and better their living conditions cannot do so when they are restricted from using their own land, selling their natural resources and fully taking advantage of their land's goods. If the dominating countries would have been obligated to do the same... they would have never reached their height in power, so why put a cap on how strong another nation can grow? The more powerful a nation, the better their citizens can live, the better they live... the more human lives are saved. Side: No

If a country is developing then the country wouldn't understand why they were being forced to protect there own environment. It would be like asking a baby to change its own diaper. All they would do is fight us on it. Even in the event that they do decide "change there own diaper. " We would have had no right to force them to. The environment is every ones, its not just for the developed country's to control. After all if there developing, we should let the develop. That means letting the develop there own ideas and own ways of doing things. If there doing something the wrong way then suggest an idea, if they don't listen, let them learn the hard way. Side: No

I do not think we should force. I think it all about what they think is best or maybe have a wise discussion or something. I think it is what the people want and not the goverment. No because developed countries have better technology and more advanced systems for protecting the environment. Developing countries have to worry about growth and esablishing themselves. Many developing countries can hardly feed their citizens or regulate their economies. They shouldn't have to worry about protecting the environment also. "Can't Tell Me Nothing"
