WELLLL.... it just depends. i mean sure if you have a probable cause then yeah keep an eye on them just to make sure but if the government doesnt have a good reason then no cause they would be wasting time and money. But yes to keep everyone safe. HA :)

I don't think the government should be able to secretly monitor suspicious individuals because a person could just be suspicious. Like maybe that's just their persona, maybe that's how they are everyday all day. I think it would be an invasion of privacy and I think it shouldn't be allowed. It should only be done if the government has plausible cause to think they were up to no good.
