yes because everyone has to do their part in protecting the enviroment it wouldnt be fair if only the developed countries were the only ones who had to protect the enviroment every one has to help out and do their part.

Everyone needs a good education. And if a person is willing to go to college money should not hold them back from going, so the governmentshould pay for it.
