It deprives there right of privacy before the person is proven guilty for a certain crime that they are suspicious for.

Just because a person wears all black and has piercings doesn't mean that the person is mean, and just because a girls wears revealing clothes doesn't mean she's a certain way either.

Because the government should not change the church in any way to benefit them.
