Yes because they have been there for too long and too many people are dying.

WELLLL.... it just depends. i mean sure if you have a probable cause then yeah keep an eye on them just to make sure but if the government doesnt have a good reason then no cause they would be wasting time and money. But yes to keep everyone safe. HA :)

Yes and no because there are somepeople who just like to be comfortable most of the time and wont dress up to go to school or anything like that but they would if they needed to other then that they would wanna be laid back. That doesnt mean they are a laid back person they just might like to be comfortable.This is just an example of it.

No because its an express your self kinda deal. People who get piercings use that to express themselfs just like clothing. They spent money on that too so why waste their money when they have the risk of it closing up and then that would just cost them another fortune. Excessive piercings should be though, too many piercings can be distracting and just gross.

Yes, because i think that most people in America,these days, are struggling with the economy. I think that sure for the people who cant afford it the government should help them pay for it.But if you are fortunate enough or close to fortuante you can pay half or how much you can afford and the government should help you pay for the rest of the tuition.
