I think a persons clothes do tell alot about a person is 50/50. When a person walks in the room the first think we all look at is their shoes and their clothes and how well they are put together.But dont get me wrong theirs X occasions like School days like a Monday that everyone looks a hot mess regardless on how much clothes or money they have. So on that note is a 50/50 opinion.
