yes a person's clothes tell you anything about someone as a person, it tells you their personality in some ways and also tells you their style, but dont ever judge someone by their looks because sometimes we are wrong about wat we say or think.

i dont think piercings should be banned from schools, because is not like you are harming anybody. Is part of our personality the way we are there is nothing wrong with piercings is like a trend
